The events team at UVB have partnered with Pistachio Viewto enhance their offering to event organisers. This partnership has been created with the client in mind, to allow UVB to offer them a bespoke quote for event enquiries. Pistachio View™ allows the event team to record and send authentic video to event organisers as part of the enquiry process. More interesting than email alone, these personalised videos help improve the customer experience and also speed up the enquiry and venue booking process. This is all done through a mobile and web app and allows the event team to tailor their enquiry response to the clients’ needs.
