The 2021 Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce (GBCC) Awards have announced Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB) the winner of the Customer Service Award.

Suzanna Reid Barreiro da Silva, Commercial Director of UVB on winning the award said: “It has been a great achievement to see the UVB Team win this award in what has been a challenging 12 months. Like many businesses in the hospitality sector, we have been faced with unprecedented challenges.  However, the UVB team have always gone above and beyond to deliver an outstanding level of customer service to our clients throughout and this award recognises these efforts. We are a small team at UVB and have multi tasked across roles and responsibilities to offer a seamless service to our clients.

In addition, we have been able to work on some great new contracts to bring back new and existing clients now the industry is reopening, and I’d like to thank the team for all their hard work and commitment.”

The awards took place virtually to meet UK Government guidelines, then winners were invited to personally receive their recognition award.
