two cameras

We use two cameras to film your event. One stays in a fixed position to capture the main stage or speaker area, while the other is operated by a camera person to follow movement and get close-up shots.

Vision mixer

Operated by a graphics expert to cut between camera shots and presenter slides. Both the presenter slides and presenter can be on screen at the same time, so their slide deck progresses live with the presentation.

Streaming encoder

Your event is streamed in full HD quality through our secure servers. Up to 500 people can watch live online for up to 8 hours in one day.

Landing Page and remote test

We create a simple event webpage where your audience can watch the live stream. Before the event, we’ll run a remote test with you to make sure the video and audio work perfectly.
