Not all events can fit into one room. Sometimes you need multiple spaces at the same time, each for different elements of your event. With over 25 event spaces to choose from at UVB, we have what you need.
Large events are our speciality
Dinners, drinks receptions, awards evenings, daytime exhibitions, conferences and everything in between, we have a range of spaces you can use either individually or in conjunction with several spaces.
The House is our largest space for up to 800 delegates and if you need something smaller, we have the Studio seating up to 290, the Book Rotunda accommodates 200 guests and for showstopping events we have the Library Feature Space for 550 dinner guests or 1,000 for a drinks reception.
Book a large space for your daytime conference and alongside, book our breakout spaces to allow your delegates some downtime between sessions, create networking coffee breaks. I the evening book the book rotunda and feature space for your drinks reception and dinner. Or why not take it outside and book the rooftop terrace for pre-dinner drinks/.

With an in-house AV production team always on site ready to support your events with your AV and technical needs, we can help keep your event running smoothly.
